1-3 years
I’ve completed 47 marathons, including several Boston Marathons, as well as two Ironman triathlons and multiple ultramarathons, including 50K and 50-mile races. Over the years, I’ve learned that successful training is not about doing more — it’s about doing the right things consistently, understanding your body, and knowing why each workout matters.
My coaching style is supportive, practical, and highly individualized. I want my athletes to understand their training, not just follow a schedule. I focus on consistency, injury prevention, recovery, pacing, and building confidence over time.
I enjoy working with runners of all levels, from someone preparing for a first race to experienced marathoners and ultrarunners chasing a new goal. My goal is simple: help each runner become stronger, healthier, and more confident while still enjoying the process.
