Casey’s love for running began on the high school track, where she qualified for state championships in the 400m—a spark that grew into a lifelong passion & coaching career. While earning her degree in Landscape Architecture, she ran her 1st marathon in 2013 & has since raced over 24 marathons, including 5 Boston finishes, with a personal best of 3:06:03 in 2025. Her curiosity & drive also led her into ultrarunning, where she went on to complete 100-mile races such as the Javelina Jundred & UTMB Andorra. Her experience spans fast road marathons to grueling mountain ultras.
Casey's coaching philosophy centers on building strong, resilient athletes. She empowers runners to push past both physical and mental barriers, developing the confidence and capability to take on challenges from their first marathon to the toughest ultramarathons.
