I’m a former high-level judo and rugby athlete who discovered ultra running two years ago. Specializing in 100 km races and beyond, I found in this discipline a true transformation—physically and mentally. Living in Font-Romeu, land of altitude training in the French Pyrenees, and father of a young boy, I bring perseverance, balance, and passion to my coaching. My goal is to share the unique experience of ultra running with others, supporting them in breaking their limits while enjoying the journey.
Ultra running is more than a sport—it’s a journey of resilience, balance, and personal growth. My coaching philosophy is to create training that is human, flexible, and adapted to each athlete’s life. I focus on progressivity and recovery as central pillars, to avoid injuries and ensure long-term success. For beginners, this means building the confidence and structure needed to complete a first ultra. For experienced runners, it’s about fine-tuning performance without sacrificing joy or health. To me, ultra is not a sprint but a marathon, and every step of the process should be rewarding and sustainable.
