Running has shaped my life for over 20 years. I’ve gone from the back of the pack to top 10 finishes (and a few wins) at distances up to 100 miles. I love racing, but what keeps me hooked is the adventure, challenge, curiosity to see what’s possible, and the community running creates. I coach committed marathoners and ultra runners to get the most from training, not just to finish, but to excel in an out of running. My holistic coaching style, covers training, fuelling, strength, and lifestyle to build long lasting performance.
My philosophy is simple: train with purpose and intent, fuel for performance and energy/joy for life, recover with intention, and build habits that last. Progress doesn’t come from perfection or proving yourself in every workout, it comes from consistency with direction, and adapting when life throws curveballs.
I coach marathoners and ultra runners to think big, train smart, and race strong. Every run, rep, and rest day has a reason. Every adjustment is made with the bigger picture in mind.
At the heart of my coaching is this: running should build you up, challenge you, but not break you down. I believe in helping runners become stronger, more resilient, and more adaptable, not just for one race, but for the long run.
