I’m 46 years old and live in the Houston, TX area, where I discovered running just four years ago. Since then, it has become a true passion—one that has not only helped me grow as an athlete but also deepened my appreciation for setting goals and enjoying the process along the way. In addition to running, I am a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and enjoy helping others find confidence and strength through fitness. Outside of coaching and running, I love traveling with my wife of 21 years, cooking and exploring new dining experiences, and spending quality with family!
As a running coach, my philosophy centers on creating a supportive, individualized, and collaborative environment where each runner feels empowered to reach their goals. I believe that running is not just about performance—it’s about building confidence, discovering joy in the process, and fostering lifelong healthy habits. I take a tailored approach to every athlete I work with. No two runners are alike—each has unique experiences, challenges, strengths, and motivations. My role as a coach is to understand where you are today and help guide you to where you want to be, at a pace that’s sustainable and enjoyable. Communication is the foundation of my coaching. I want my athletes to feel they are part of the planning process and have a voice in shaping their training. Most importantly, we will have a lot of doing it! Let's get faster and healthier together!
