I’m 29 and passionate about all things sports — but running has always been my true home, especially short-distance events from 100m to 800m. I also do road cycling and swimming and consider them beneficial as cross-training.
Growing up in sports camps, I absorbed the athletic philosophy from an early age — and now I channel that foundation into coaching others.
I race, I coach, and I advocate for running as a form of self-expression and joy. I firmly believe endurance sports can benefit anyone (provided good physical health) — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
Coaching runners brings real value — not just to my athletes, but to me as well. That’s why I continually expand my knowledge to keep increasing that value.
I specialize in individual, tailored training plans built on scientifically proven methods and real-time feedback. Each program emphasizes goal setting, video-based form analysis, recovery strategies, and targeted workouts — so my athletes reach their goals fast and injury-free.
I believe it’s easy to overtrain, which is why I put extra emphasis on recovery and strength conditioning. These elements are essential for long-term progress and injury prevention.
Everyone is built different and has unique goals. My coaching philosophy is simple: help athletes reach their targets while staying mentally strong and genuinely enjoying the process. Because consistency only comes when training feels rewarding — not draining.
