About Inpreet
I'm Inpreet Singh staying in Pune, Maharashtra for past 15+yrs. I started running in 2002 during my college days but in 2009 I left as i got busy in career. In 2018 I again started running, now it has become integral part of daily life. I work for IT company where we have mostly sitting job. Running helps me in many ways to stay active, alert & healthy.
Coaching Philosophy
I understand the physiology of the runner & stay at the conservative side. I believe in slow & steady progress rather than targeting too much in too less time frame.
