With Grow Beyond Coaching I share my passion and knowledge about running to guide athletes to achieve their running goals responsibly and run faster and/or further with great enjoyment of the training process. To be an effective coach, I continuously expand my knowledge of physiology, psychology, and training methods to better support and guide runners. I'm a certified (assistant) running coach through Dutch Athletics Federation, 8020 Endurance, TrainingPeaks and UESCA.
