I qualified as a Personal Trainer in June 2023 and now run an online coaching business supporting adults with running, strength, fitness, habits, and mindset. A key part of my work is helping neurodivergent adults, including people with ADHD and autistic adults like myself, build structure, confidence, and sustainable health routines. My own ultrarunning journey has shown me how powerful running can be for physical and mental growth, and I bring that same practical, supportive approach into my coaching.
My coaching philosophy is simple: training should work with you, not against you. The best results come from clear structure, realistic progression, and coaching that adapts to the individual rather than forcing everyone into the same plan.
I help runners build consistency, confidence, and self-trust through running, strength work, recovery, and habit-building. While I work mainly with neurodivergent adults, my approach supports any beginner or intermediate runner who wants practical coaching, sustainable progress, and a plan that fits real life.
For me, running is not just about pace, distance, or race results. It is a tool for discipline, emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth. My goal is to help you train sustainably, understand your body, manage life around training, and build a routine you can actually stick to.
