I graduated from the University of Southern California's PT school in 2016. For the last ten years, I practiced physical therapy in Southern California and Colorado. I currently run my own private practice in Boulder, where I live in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains with my wife and our two dogs. Around the same time I earned my PT degree, my wife converted me to a runner, and I've since caught the bug. I've completed multiple full and half marathons across the country. My half PR is 1:08, and my marathon PR is 2:30.
My coaching philosophy is informed by my own training experiences and by my experience treating and preventing sports injuries, specifically in endurance athletes. I believe that all runners are unique and respond differently to training stimuli, so I focus on creating personal, individualized, evidence-based programs tailored to your specific goals and needs. I am a big proponent of strength training for athletes and can help you figure out a strength program that works with your schedule in order to remain strong, mobile, and injury free.
