I have been a runner for 20 years and is a UESCA certified running coach. For many years I made every mistake possible before I decided to learn as much as I could about the science of running. Now I use that knowledge to prevent others from making the same bad decisions and to rebound from injuries faster and stronger.
I take my love and experience for both science and running together to focus on working with clients to create sustainable and successful strategies to maximize their potential and long term capabilities. My goal is to put together a plan that reflects your goals and needs.
I believe that the key to maximizing individual potential is to develop smart, safe, and sustainable programs. Establishing strong habits, not just running, but also strength training, mobility, recovery, and nutrition, to not just unlock each athlete's potential, but to develop a lifelong love and capacity for running.
Whether you’re running your first mile or attempting a BQ, you are an athlete and you should train like one. I believe that running alone isn’t enough; all of the other building blocks are key to your success. This is why my philosophy ensures safe, smart, and sustainable training, backed by science, to help you maximize your potential, achieve your goals, and support a lifetime of running
