3-5 years
I took up sports in adulthood, starting with CrossFit, cycling, and running. I also explored combat sports — BJJ, judo, wrestling, boxing, and Muay Thai — and competed in national grappling events for several years. Currently, as a master athlete, I have shifted my focus to track and field. As a national team member, I compete in sprint events as a 400 m specialist. I often coached and helped others in various aspects of sports preparation and performance, and I enjoyed it, so I’m shifting into professional endurance coaching.
My coaching mission is to help my clients realize their potential and preserve their health with a scientific approach to training and nutrition. My coaching philosophy stems from deep passion for training and everything related to it, including physiology, various aspects of physical fitness (endurance, strength, explosiveness, flexibility), training process planning, and nutrition. I dedicate all my free time to sports and training, either for my own needs or by helping and coaching others. I especially focus on studying the latest news and scientific studies on sports, training, and nutrition.
