I was a competitive runner in high school and college, then spent many years on the bench with injuries and poor advice from doctors, who said running was bad for you. But after reading Born To Run, I started running again, and have competed in everything from 5k to 100-mile races. I started Kimbia Koaching out of a a desire to help others who’ve faced similar challenges with form, injuries and who generally want to run smooth, fast and for as long as possible.
These are some of my core beliefs: Your body is more than just a machine. Your mind is as important as your body. Injuries are just obstacles to overcome.Goals give life order and meaning. Almost anyone can run better, faster, farther and more smoothly than they have.
