I'm Jen Heller, an ultrarunner with over a decade of experience. My journey has inspired me to help others reach their goals. Certified through UESCA, I focus on cycle-based coaching for women. Inspired and educated by the Dr. Stacy Sims courses, I create training plans that align with each athlete’s cycle.
My coaching focuses on helping athletes reach their full potential while maintaining balance in both training and life. I believe in a holistic approach that considers physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Every athlete is unique, so I create tailored plans based on individual goals, lifestyles, and needs.
For women, I emphasize cycle-based training, inspired by Dr. Stacy Sims’ research. By aligning plans with your natural cycle, I help optimize performance while preventing burnout or injury. I work week by week to ensure flexibility and adaptability as life happens.
