A decade ago, I couldn’t even run 50 meters. Determined to improve my health, I joined RH & through consistent effort, discipline & dedication, built my endurance. My first 5K finish sparked my passion for running & since then I’ve completed many 10Ks, 21Ks, marathons, 50Ks & a 75K ultra. Every milestone has taught me resilience & the strength of community. Running has transformed me, proving that any goal is achievable with determination & perseverance.
Backed by UESCA & my experience, I’m especially passionate about helping over-45 adults build fitness through running & endurance.

My coaching philosophy centers on the belief that running is not just about racing but about embracing a lifelong journey of movement, growth & self-discovery. I prioritize consistency in training & believe that gradual progress is key to building fitness, avoiding injury, & staying motivated. My approach integrates strength work, cross-training, mobility drills & adequate rest to help runners build a resilient, well-rounded foundation. I emphasize increasing mileage slowly to develop endurance while staying injury-free. I encourage runners to enjoy the process, celebrate small wins, stay present & take pride in every step. By fostering a positive, trusted & supportive environment, I aim to help individuals make running a joyful & sustainable part of life, regardless of where they start.
