About Sinead

Honest, giggle, passionate about long-term health and having fun whilst doing hard things. I don't believe in a once – size fit's all approach to anything, and I LOVE matching client programs to their lifestyle and psychology. I am passionate about strength training and pilates, and believe a combination of aerobic exercise, strength and mobility work is key for longevity. Run fast is fun, but being able to have the strength and fitness to run for life is my priority – teaching clients you can do both (and have fun) is my love language.

I believe for true health an individual needs to have a sense of community, challenge themselves both physically and mentally and have a way to give back to life and a cause they care about. When things get hard, focusing nohow to help and inspire others can be grounding and build inner strength.

My coaching incorporates and online and in person community, challenges for physical and mental health and monthly opportunities to donate to a cause that is important to you, and education to raise awareness about various mental health and cultural mis-fortune.

We can do hard things, we can talk about hard things and we can create positive change for ourselves and each other.
