I spend an inordinate amount of time running and although I mainly compete in ultra marathons, I have competed in races from 5k all the way up to 100 miles.
I also love helping and supporting others to reach their running goals. Running can provide a range of highs and lows and providing support during those tougher times is something I take great pride in. So, whether you're doing a couch to 5k or wanting to train for your first (or fortieth!) marathon - I'd love to support you in your running journey and in the pursuit of your goals.
My coaching philosophy is very simple - it's about the relationship I have with each individual athlete. By building this relationship, I can provide the guidance and support that each individual needs, when they need it.
While I mainly offer virtual coaching, I am available to coach in person (location dependent). Logistically, I use the Xhale coaching app to help communicate and track athlete's workouts and progress. You will be able to see the sessions I have planned out for you on the app and sync your devices as well. I also provide unlimited support to athletes via Whatsapp messaging and weekly video calls to build the relationship and make sure that I am able to take your needs and schedule into account.
