I fell in love with ultrarunning in 2018 and spent a few years learning how to train and race as a mid-pack runner with average ability. I started to turn the corner in 2021 when I finished a 50 miler feeling strong, then went on to win my first race (a midnight 12 hour event) the following month. Since then, I've won a 50 miler, a 100k and placed 2nd in two 50 milers. However, what makes me most proud is to see people around me chase after their own improvements, which brings me here as your prospective coach.
My special coaching interests are metabolism and mental skills.
