I’m a mom, teacher, coach, and runner, living a life that’s both demanding and deeply fulfilling. As someone who has navigated the worlds of competitive running, coaching, and raising a child, I’ve learned how to balance discipline, passion, and purpose in all areas of my life. I live a gluten-free, vegan lifestyle. I’ve run a diverse range of distances, from a 2:05 800m, a 2:45 Marathon to a 250-mile Cocodonna 250 in 97 hours. I know firsthand how transformative running can be, both physically and mentally.
As a coach, my core belief is that every runner has their own unique journey, and it’s my responsibility to meet them where they are—whether they are just starting out or pushing for a personal best on the track or an ultramarathon. I work with athletes at every stage and embrace the individuality of each runner. For me, coaching is about building a relationship based on trust, respect, and understanding of where the runner is physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Ultimately, coaching is about partnership. I see myself not just as a trainer, but as a partner in each runner’s journey. It’s a team effort, with the runner’s dedication and my guidance working in harmony. Through this partnership, I strive to help every athlete reach their potential, achieve their goals, and discover the strength and resilience within themselves that they may not have known existed.
