About Jenn

I played Division 3 collegiate soccer at Misericordia University, where I was honored to serve as team captain for two years. During my time there, I was named First Team All-Conference for two consecutive seasons and received the MVP award, recognizing my contributions and leadership on the field. In addition to my soccer achievements, I have transitioned to endurance sports and have successfully completed multiple half marathons and a full marathon. These experiences have given me firsthand insight into both team-based and individual athletic disciplines, which I bring to my coaching practice

Coaching Philosophy

When working with me, athletes can expect a highly personalized experience. I begin by meeting each athlete where they are in their fitness journey, understanding their current abilities, goals, and any potential challenges. If appropriate, we’ll conduct assessments to establish baseline metrics and determine specific training paces. From there, I design an individualized training plan that is updated weekly based on their progress and feedback. Each plan integrates running workouts tailored to their goals, such as endurance, speed, or recovery, alongside complementary yoga practices to enhance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. During a typical session, if it’s a yoga class or a virtual consultation, the focus is on alignment, breathing, and exercises that support their running mechanics and mental clarity. If it’s a running-focused session, we might emphasize specific drills.
