Training for an ultra means you'll be spending a lot of time out there running. I work with clients to understand their busy lives and craft training plans around big items.
Have a wedding to attend, kid's soccer, or travel for work? We can adjust training to guide and support you as an individual.
As a UESCA certified coach, I use best practices to develop training and work to keep current on research. I also include sport psychology elements in training to help athletes achieve optimal race day performance.
