About Teresa
Aloha! I am a Navy wife and Mom to 4 active kiddos and a dog. I am a lifelong runner who has recently found a new passion in ultrarunning. As a masters runner, I have PRd in everything from the 5k to the marathon in the last 5 years. I've learned a lot about injury prevention and working hard to achieve my goals over the years. I would love to help you do the same!
