I have coached approximately 1700 recreational adult athletes since 2002 in addition to strength and core classes. My cross training consists of cycling and swimming.
Injury Prevention, natural progression, have fun, commitment achieving goals. I enjoy seeing the transition of new runners switch from "I can't be a runner" to eventually doing a marathon. Some of the runners have been with me for 12 years. I like to make the progression gradual which results in a very high success rate for completing goals.
