Coaching Philosophy

I believe hard work and dedication beats talent alone. I was not a runner by any means. My point is, anyone who wants to complete an ultramarathon can with a little discipline and dedication given the right tools. I believe i'm the person to deliver that. I have gone from not running to having multiple race wins all over the world in 3 years. How did I do it? I wasn't coached, i had the background to coach myself and along with a hectic lifestyle I made it work. I have also learnt the hard way with many failures!
Coaching has to have some flexibility, we aren't all professional athletes, we have work, family and life commitments. Sometimes we are tired. As a coach you have to be flexible and adapt to this. I am very much a believer in hard work, results are dictated by time, effort, dedication and training smartly. This is how i try to coach all my clients by balancing this.
