I live in Prince George, British Columbia Canada, and have two boys, a lovely wife, and a great dog that I get to run with. It is an amazing time in my running life because I get to see my oldest boy excelling at running and destroying me in short distance while my youngest boy is just starting to take his training seriously and is showing great potential. I am quite blessed to be able to coach them and everybody else that has brought me into their running journey.
When running is your passion you want to be able to see continual progression every season without being sidelined by injury or ineffective training protocols. My main goal is to ensure the appropriate stimulus is applied to get the best development possible. I want athletes to have their opportunity to excel by helping them get to the start line healthy, uninjured, and mentally prepared for the challenge ahead of them.
