I got into cycling when I was 11 and I was instantly hooked. I love racing and competing even if it's just with friends up a local climb . I have been fortunate enough to get to represent Ireland at u23 world championships , European championships , Tour de lavenir (nicknamed u23 Tour de France) and also at a cyclocross European championships and a World Cup round.
I also really enjoy researching cycling training and literature and working with other athletes to help the reach their cycling goals to become better on and off the bike.
I believe in science backed training that incorporates the athletes needs and wants to compete at their desired level or reach their decided goal so that they can get the most out of themselves while also maintaining a healthy work and personal life.
I believe I am Process driven and goal orientated as I enjoy the process of training and figuring out the optimal way to hit a strong level.
I don't really believe in the different coaching packages , if I'm going to coach someone I want to do it properly which includes full communication.
I will also offer a standard 8 and 12 week plan that I will custom tailer to you.
