Coach Ted is is the founder and head coach of Catalyst Multisport. He is a USAT Level II Short and Long Course and Youth and Junior Elite Certified Coach.
Prior to becoming a coach he earned an B.Sc. in Neuro and Muscle physiology from the University of Guelph in Guelph, Ontario and his a Doctorate in Chiropractic of Northwestern University of Health Sciences in Bloomington, Minnesota. He spearheaded the movement of directly collaboration between chiropractors, orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists, overseeing such operations for 25+ years.
Catalyst Multisport evolved from a desire to teach, train and educate those individuals who want to take responsibility for their own health and well-being and to see what they are truly capable of achieving.
We incorporate cutting edge assessment and training principles in conjunction with nutrition and lifestyle recommendations for optimum performance in all aspects of life. We encompass a wholistic approach using the platform of the six elements of wellbeing, those being Training, Nutrition, Strength, Structure, Recovery and Mental , setting up a specific plan for success. Through years of experience we are able to blend multiple approaches and modalities to set realistic goals and expectations and bring out the true champion in each of us.
